Overview

Pifu Calendar is a private, personal-use calendar assistant operated for its owner. This policy explains how it handles information when the owner connects a Google Account.

Information accessed

With the owner's permission, Pifu Calendar may access calendar and event information available through the connected Google Account. This can include event titles, dates and times, locations, descriptions, attendees, reminders, and provider identifiers.

The app requests Google Calendar permissions that allow it to read and manage events and to create and manage a dedicated application-created calendar.

How information is used

Calendar information is used only to provide the app's personal calendar functions, including agenda views and briefings, event search, and calendar actions expressly requested by the owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Storage and sharing

OAuth credentials, tokens, and minimal operational state are stored on a private, user-controlled device. Pifu Calendar does not sell Google user data. Calendar information is shared only as needed to provide requested functionality—for example, with Google Calendar itself and, when configured by the owner, in the owner's private Telegram conversation.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained only for as long as needed to provide and troubleshoot the service. The owner can stop access at any time by revoking Pifu Calendar in their Google Account permissions and deleting its locally stored authorization data.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect credentials and operational data, including private local storage and restricted application access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
